About the role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of corporate tax and treasury operations across the organisation. You will work closely with the broader finance team, senior leadership, external advisors, auditors and the ATO to ensure compliance, accuracy and commercial insight across all tax and cash flow matters.
You will lead one direct report and play a key role in strengthening forecasting models, improving treasury processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax legislation. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys diving deep into technical detail while maintaining a commercial lens.
Duties

Own all corporate tax matters across the business

Oversee treasury transactions, cash flow and payment cycles

Refine forecasting models and deliver clear financial insight

Lead and develop one direct report to drive high performance

Engage with auditors, advisors and the ATO on technical matters
Skill/experience
-
Qualified CA or CPA with tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or Tax

Strong technical expertise across financial accounting, tax compliance and treasury

Advanced modelling and forecasting capability

Experience in complex or regulated environments, ideally combining Big 4 and commercial exposure

Proven leadership experience with direct report development

Confident stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties
