About the role
You will join a collaborative and high-performing corporate practice working closely with senior leaders on energy M&A transactions. The role will involve direct exposure to clients, complex negotiations, and end-to-end deal execution across a varied portfolio of transactions.

Duties
- Lead corporate M&A matters across energy transactions
- Manage deal execution, negotiations, and client advisory work
- Draft and review transaction documents
- Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships across complex transactions
Skills & experience
- Corporate M&A experience from a top-tier or mid-tier law firm

Minimum 3 years PQE, all the way up to Special Counsel level
- Strong academic background with high university results
- Experience across complex transactional work
- Interest in the energy sector and long-term career growth within energy
