After emigrating to Australia in 2003, Jill founded Precision Sourcing in 2005, growing the business into a trusted partner in SAP and Data recruitment while shaping its strategic direction and leadership. As part of the Precision Sourcing leadership team, Jill recognized a growing need from energy clients for a high-quality renewable energy recruitment partner. This insight led to the creation of Vinova, where Jill has now transitioned into the renewable energy space.
