As Finance Director, Rick oversees the complete finance function and, together with the Finance team, is responsible for ensuring the continued growth and profitability of the business. Recognizing the increasing demand for renewable energy expertise, Rick was instrumental in establishing Vinova, Precision Sourcing’s Renewable Energy Recruitment division. He now operates as Finance Director across both Precision Sourcing and Vinova, leveraging his expertise to drive success in both divisions.
Outside of work, Rick is a keen surfer and has a passion for property investments and renovations.
