Title: Construction Supervisor

You will be trusted to lead from the front, influence contractors and make real decisions that impact delivery. It offers strong long term career progression into senior site leadership or project management, while building highly sought after experience across BESS, solar and substation works.
About the role
Vinova are working with a leading energy business delivering large scale infrastructure projects across Australia. This position reports into the Construction Manager and sits fully site based, working closely with project engineers, HSE teams and subcontractors. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards, acting as the link between design, engineering and delivery on site.
Duties
* Drive site activity and hold contractors accountable to programme and quality
* Review drawings and ensure work aligns with design and standards
* Lead safety culture on site and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
* Report progress, risks and site performance to key stakeholders
Skill/experience
* Trade qualification in construction or electrical discipline
* Experience supervising contractors on major infrastructure or energy projects
* Strong understanding of site safety, QA and compliance processes
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Confident communicator who can manage subcontractors and stakeholders
