About the role
Vinova are working with a leading Australian energy infrastructure business to appoint a HSE Manager into a dedicated health, safety and environment team. You will work closely with operational leaders, site teams and senior stakeholders to drive HSE excellence across multiple locations. The role focuses on policy development, risk management, compliance, and building a proactive safety culture. You will play a key role in monitoring performance, investigating incidents, leading training initiatives, and supporting emergency response activities.
Duties
* Drive HSE policies and systems across the organisation
* Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to reduce risk
* Lead safety training, awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives
* Support incident investigation, reporting and continuous improvement
Skills and experience
* Strong experience in HSE roles within complex or high risk environments
* Proven ability to influence behaviour and build positive safety culture
* Experience delivering safety initiatives and change programs
* Strong knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and compliance frameworks
* Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance
