The Opportunity
You’ll play a critical role in the delivery of large-scale, technically complex data centre projects, with genuine ownership of building services from design coordination through construction and project handover.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile developments where services integration, quality and construction performance are essential to project success.
You’ll have the autonomy to make key decisions, resolve challenges on-site and influence how services are delivered, while working alongside experienced project leaders and specialist subcontractors.
About the Role
As Senior Services Manager, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of building services across major data centre construction projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, construction teams, consultants and subcontractors, you’ll ensure services packages meet project requirements, budgets, construction programs and quality standards.
You’ll also provide leadership to services teams, manage key stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvements across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead building services delivery across major data centre construction projects

Manage services subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams to achieve program, cost and quality objectives

Oversee services coordination, construction sequencing, technical issues and project risks

Drive quality assurance, contractual compliance and continuous improvement across services packages

Work closely with project leadership to manage budgets, procurement, stakeholder relationships and project handover
Skills & Experience
-
Strong services management experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction contractor

Proven track record delivering complex building services packages on major construction projects

Experience across data centres, mission-critical facilities, hospitals or other technically complex developments highly regarded

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, quality assurance and services coordination

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with relevant tertiary qualifications
