About the role
Reporting into the Construction Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for services across allocated projects, working closely with general contractors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. You will manage planning, coordination, risk, procurement, commissioning and handover of critical infrastructure, ensuring all services align with programme and operational outcomes
Duties
* Manage delivery of data centre services projects across full lifecycle
* Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to meet programme
* Identify risks across design, documentation and site delivery and implement solutions
* Oversee commissioning, testing and operational handover of services
Skill/experience
* Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects with complex services
* Strong background working alongside general contractors and subcontractors
* Experience across data centres, critical environments or similar complex builds
* Strong commercial, stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments
* Electrical, HVAC or related technical qualification or equivalent experience
